Reservations and Cancellations:
All reservations require a valid credit card, and charges will be processed at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.

Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or corporate account. All charges must be paid in full at the time of service.
